Product Description:
TG-0299 is composed of a variety of specially modified silicone elastomers. The emulsion has excellent adhesion. It can be used alone or with other resins such as polyacrylate varnish, polyurethane varnish and so on to obtain special product properties. As a top coating agent, it can produce moist and smooth handle, durable feel, reduce friction coefficient, prevent adhesion and improve wear resistance. Improve the fastness of top coating to wet rubbing.

Application characteristics:
1. Water soluble product, which can be diluted arbitrarily with water
2. Delicate and smooth feeling of hand moisture, reducing friction coefficient
3. Light and high temperature are stable to prevent surface adhesion and outstanding effect of tape
4. Improve the wear resistance and enhance the wet rubbing fastness of the top coating
5. Excellent light transmittance, no effect on Glossiness requirements of leather surface
6. After spraying, the leather surface will not leave finger marks due to touch
Application scope:
It is widely used in the surface finishing of various kinds of leather, mainly used in the surface finishing of high-grade garment leather, especially for the leather of upholstery. It has more characteristics in the use of imitation leather. The use of imitation leather of this product can achieve the same hand feeling effect as leather. It is more prominent in the use of pig, cattle and sheep leather.
