Southeast University is scheduled to officially open on April 19 and welcome the first batch of students back to school. In order to prevent and control the epidemic situation of students during their return to school and ensure the safety and order of the campus, according to the requirements of "wrong peak, wrong time and wrong area", the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Arrangements for students during their return to school
（1） Back to school students
1. Jiulong Lake Campus
① If students return to school by private car, drive to the South Gate of Jiulong Lake campus, park in the designated drop off area at the school gate, and leave immediately after stopping. Vehicles are not allowed to enter the school.
② If students return to school by other means of transportation, the school will arrange shuttle bus to Nanjing bus station, Nanjing station, Nanjing South Station and Lukou Airport to pick up students. The shuttle bus goes to the north gate of Jiulong Lake campus, and the designated drop off area is parked at the gate of the campus. You can stop and walk without entering the campus.
③ When returning students enter the school, implement "one check, two checks, three tests and four passes": first, check the health code; second, check the identity information (swipe one card); third, check the body temperature (through the thermal imaging device or hand-held thermometer); fourth, enter the campus after checking and testing.
④ After returning students enter the school, they can take the shuttle bus to the designated area to arrive at the dormitory area (the south gate and the north gate are arranged with the direction of orange garden dormitory and Taoyuan and Meiyuan dormitory).
Note: please refer to Appendix 1, 2 and 3 for the layout and traffic plan of the back to school area of students in Jiulong Lake campus.
2. Sipailou Campus
① If students return to school by private car, park in the designated area at gate 35 of Xianghe / shatangyuanmen / East dormitory area, and leave immediately after stopping. Vehicles are not allowed to enter the school.
② If students return to school by other means of transportation, the school will arrange a shuttle bus to Nanjing bus station, Nanjing station, Nanjing South Station, Lukou Airport and other transfer stations, and send them back to school according to the route of No. 35 gate of Xianghe - shatangyuanmen - east dormitory gate of the school.
③ When returning students enter the school, implement "one check, two checks, three tests and four passes": first, check the health code; second, check the identity information (swipe one card); third, check the body temperature (through the thermal imaging device or hand-held thermometer); fourth, enter the campus after checking and testing.
④ After returning students enter the school, they walk to the dormitory area according to the designated route.

3. Dingjiaqiao Campus
① If students return to school by private car, park in the designated area of the east gate of dingjiaqiao campus or at the intersection of dingjiaqiao road and model road, stop and leave immediately, and vehicles are not allowed to enter the school.
② If students return to school by other means of transportation, the school will arrange shuttle bus to Nanjing bus station, Nanjing station, Nanjing South Station and Lukou Airport to pick up students. The bus stops at the intersection of dingjiaqiao road and model road, stops and leaves immediately. Students walk to the east gate of dingjiaqiao campus.
③ When returning students enter the school, implement "one check, two checks, three tests and four passes": first, check the health code; second, check the identity information (swipe one card); third, check the body temperature (through the thermal imaging device or hand-held thermometer); fourth, check and test without error before entering the school park.
④ After returning students enter the school, they walk to the dormitory area according to the designated route.

（2） Faculty and other personnel
The transportation arrangement for faculty and other personnel to and from the school shall be implemented from April 18 for 3 days (April 18, 19 and 20).
1. Jiulong Lake Campus
① Staff and other personnel enter and leave the campus from the east gate and the west gate.
② Teachers and staff shall enter the school before 8:00; service guarantee personnel, business outlets, school enterprise personnel and other personnel shall enter the school before 7:30.
2. Sipailou Campus
① Teaching area of the fourth archway: teachers and other personnel enter and leave the school by motor vehicles from the east gate and the west gate (open from 6:20 to 22:20 every day); walking and non motor vehicles enter and leave the school from the south gate.
② Teachers and staff shall enter the school before 7:30; service guarantee personnel, business outlets, school enterprise personnel and other personnel shall enter the school before 7:00.
3. Dingjiaqiao Campus
① Staff and other personnel enter and leave the campus from the east gate.
② Teachers and staff shall enter the school before 7:30; service guarantee personnel, business outlets, school enterprise personnel and other personnel shall enter the school before 7:00.
2、 Arrangements for non homecoming days
（1） Jiulong Lake Campus
1. Staff and other personnel enter and leave the campus from the south gate and the north gate.
2. East Gate and west gate are closed until the epidemic situation is relieved.
（2） Sipailou Campus
1. Teachers, staff and other personnel enter and leave the school from the east gate and the west gate (open from 6:20 to 22:20 every day).
2. Walking and non motor vehicles enter and leave the school from the south gate.

（3） Dingjiaqiao Campus
1. Staff and other personnel enter and leave the campus from the east gate.
2. The south gate is closed.
3、 Other management requirements
The pick-up car shall be strictly subject to the card swiping system. Teachers and students must show their school cards and swipe their cards when they take the shuttle bus. They are not allowed to take the bus without a school card. Parents of students who see them off are not allowed to take the bus. According to the epidemic prevention requirements, teachers and students must wear masks all the way when they take the shuttle bus. If they do not wear masks, the driver has the right to refuse to take them. Strictly control the proportion of passengers. Each shuttle bus should be used at the interval of one person and one seat, and two people are not allowed to ride side by side.
After the beginning of the school, the campus still implements strict closed management. To ensure the safety of the campus, students from Jiulonghu campus and dingjiaqiao campus are not allowed to leave the campus after entering the campus; students from Sipailou campus are not allowed to leave the teaching area, dormitory area, canteen and other areas allowed by the school. During the "May 1st" period, students are not allowed to leave the school without special circumstances.
After returning to school, students shall strictly abide by the management regulations of dormitory area, laboratory, classroom, canteen, library, etc., and shall not have meals or gather in the school. Do not visit the dormitory (including buildings, floors, dormitory rooms) and do not return late. Wear masks in the classroom, laboratory, library and other public places, and keep a safe distance for conversation.
Other campuses of the University shall follow this notice.
