The first batch of typical experience sharing of scientific and technological achievements transformation and technology transfer bases in Colleges and universities are divided into three categories: risk prevention and control mechanism, professional organization and talent team construction, Title Evaluation and employment, part-time part-time salary and off post entrepreneurship, with 11 colleges and universities listed.
Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Southeast University and other seven universities were listed in the first batch of typical experience sharing in the transfer and transformation base of scientific and technological achievements, i.e. the construction of specialized institutions and talent teams.
