Dalian University of science and technology and Suzhou University have set up achievement transformation posts; Sichuan University has added achievement transformation indicators in the evaluation of professional titles; Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University of technology have standardized the approval process and relevant regulations for part-time jobs outside the University and leaving the post for entrepreneurship. 1、 The income from the transformation of scientific and technological achievements shall be included in the post evaluation and employment conditions (Dalian University of Technology). In principle, the time of leaving the post for innovation and entrepreneurship shall not exceed three years, and shall not exceed the term of the employment contract; no remuneration shall be obtained from the school and the off campus employing units at the same time. Upon the expiration of the start-up period or when I propose to return to school in advance, the secondary unit where I work shall employ me according to the regulations. 5、 Make clear the time limit for leaving the post and starting a business, the evaluation and employment of professional titles, endowment insurance and other policies (Zhejiang University of Technology) 1. The time limit for leaving the post and starting a new business is generally no more than 5 years, and it can be renewed once at most, and the cumulative time limit for two times is no more than 6 years. 2. It is allowed for the off post entrepreneurs to have the right of choice on the pension insurance, to continue to participate in the social insurance of institutions according to the regulations, or to choose to participate in the social insurance in the place where the enterprise is located. 4. The examination and approval process is generally as follows: the individual fills in the application form of Zhejiang University of technology for leaving the post and starting a business, explains in detail the direction of leaving the post and starting a business and the description of starting a business project, submits it to the school Party Committee for deliberation and approval after the department agrees and signs the opinions, the personnel affairs meeting of each department discusses and signs the opinions, reports it to the Department of human resources and social security of Zhejiang Province, and finally the school and the individual sign the agreement of leaving the post and starting a business. At present, a total of 14 teachers have gone through the application procedures for leaving the post and starting a business.
