Product characteristics
9189 silicone emulsions, which are emulsified by special process, are nano two methyl silicone emulsion. The appearance is colorless and translucent, and is suitable for cold matching process. The size of the emulsion is very small, and its dispersion stability is very good. Compared with the ordinary emulsion, the 9189 nanometer microemulsion has more excellent demoulding, low surface tension, glazing durability and water repellency. At the same time, emulsion products are more stable and convenient in use.
Product application
9189 silicone nano microemulsion is a universal release agent and polish agent. It has excellent adhesion with many different substrates and can enhance the resistance to detergent and corrosion resistance of the bottom surface. In high speed rotary printing, 9189 organosilicon nano microemulsion can improve the heat resistance of paper, reduce the sensitivity to shear, give the paper a good sticky resistance, and help to resist mechanical pressure.
