Installation sequence and precautions of box girder formwork
Installation sequence of box girder formwork:
Inspection and maintenance of bottom formwork → installation of side formwork → installation of support plate → application of release agent → hoisting of beam reinforcement framework → installation of end formwork → drilling of rubber pipe → hoisting of internal formwork → hoisting of bridge deck reinforcement → hoisting of bridge deck connection system.
Precautions for box girder formwork:
1. The formwork shall be cleaned, and the release agent shall be brushed evenly without missing or over coating;
2. The joint of formwork shall be smooth, the crack shall be no more than 1mm, and it shall be tight without leakage;
3. When installing the bottom formwork, the central axis of the bottom formwork shall be marked accurately on the bottom formwork, and the reverse camber of the bottom formwork shall be adjusted;
4. When installing the external formwork, ensure the inclination of the bottom plate, web plate and web plate of the box girder and the size error of the partition wall;
5. When the internal mold is installed, its internal mold framework shall be corrected on the fixed fetal membrane.
